Joining Siemens in 1988, Mr. Klaus Maler worked in Germany, Argentina and the United States successively in charge of product R&D and management for the terminal product line in mobile and radio phones. He also assisted the board of directors in the promotion of some key improvement programs. In 1993, Mr. Maler was appointed vice president of the Siemens Data Network Equipment Department, responsible for technology marketing. In 1999, he took charge of the management of the basic equipment R&D for TD-SCDMA technology. From March 2005 through the present, he has been president and CEO of TD Tech Communication Technologies Ltd.
Mr. Klaus Maler received double MS degrees in physics and economics.

Mr. Mao joined Huawei Technologies Ltd. in 1992. During his 13 year career at Huawei, he successively took charge of R&D, manufacturing, marketing and other tasks, and served in succession as the R&D manager, manufacturing manager, terminal business manager, vice president of Huawei Electric, general manager of Huawei Shandong Branch, vice president of Huawei Marketing and International Marketing, and senior vice president of Huawei.
Mr. Christoph Epe, CFO of TD Tech:
Mr. Epe joined Siemens in 1995. In the past six years, he has undertaken different financial duties in China. Before he took over the financial and business management of TD-SCDMA in Siemens China in 2004, Mr. Epe was vice president of Shanghai Siemens Mobile Communication, maintaining overall responsibility for the management of mobile network business.
