NodeB physical layer white box integration test engineer基站物理层软件白箱测试工程师

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for TD-SCDMA NodeB physical layer integration test, including test strategy analysis, test case design, test environment setup, test execution, error report and test tool development;
2. Be responsible for trouble shooting of TD-SCDMA NodeB physical layer.
Requirement:
1. Deep understanding in physical layer procedure of at least one wireless communication system;
2. Good C programming skill;
3. Know-how of 3GPP standard: TD-SCDMA, WCDMA or CDMA2000 is a plus;
4. Experience of embedded SW testing and test process know-how is a plus;
5. Experience of DSP SW programming is a plus;
6. Leadership experience is a plus.

Be responsible for TD-SCDMA NodeB physical layer software maintenance.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor2 or above is required, Master is preferred. Major in telecommunication, computer software or electronic engineering;
2. Strong experience on DSP SW programming;
3. SW2 developing experience on wireless communication physical layer algorithm is plus;
4. Good2 background know-how in GSM, CDMA and UMTS standard;

Responsibility:
Call processing software engineer will work within a team to develop the software to implement the Call Processing function in NodeB:
1. Be responsible for TD-SCDMA NodeB call processing software development, including requirement analysis, subsystem design, implementation and verification;
2. Be responsible for TD-SCDMA NodeB call processing software maintenance.
Requirement:

Responsibilities:
NB Tester, a TD-SCDMA UE simulator, is a powerful facility to verify the function and capability of RAN products. NBT CP software engineer will focus on L2/L3 development of mobile phone.
1. Requirement analysis, System design, System implementation and debugging/testing for new features such as HSUPA;
2. NBT software maintenance;
3 Customer support for technical issues.
Requirements:
1. Major in telecommunication or related area;
2. Strong experience in C/C++ programming;

Responsibilities:
1. PCB physical layout, routing, and verification;
2. SI simulations for high speed PCB;
3. Define optimal layout solutions with hardware designer to improve product performance;
4. Generate PCB and PCBA fabrication documents;
5. Generate BOM for PCB assembly.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;
2. At lease 3 years experience in high speed and HDI PCB design. Experience in RF layout is preferred;
3. Skillful in using EDA tools. Mentor Board Station is preferred;

HW Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. TD SCDMA base station system indoor rack, subrack design;
2. TD SCDMA outdoor equipment design;
3. Release high quality documents/drawings;
4. Organize mechanical design reviews and trace qualification activities;
5. Organize Units test.
Requirements:
1. University degree mechanical design, Telecom or equivalent;
2. Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical design of structural and housing parts in telecommunication field;
3. Have the experience of outdoor equipment design;
4. Telecommunication field cabling design experience;
5. Good background of electromechanical design;
6. Familiar with manufacture using the most common production processes: plastic injection 7. Molding, sheet metal stamping, die casting;
8. Pro/Engineer software is required; other packages are a plus;
9. The knowledge of advanced structural, kinematics, thermal and mold flow analysis tools is a plus. Understanding of ESD design rules and principles is a plus.


Hardware Test Engineering

Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute RF test-cases for TD-SCDMA NodeB;
2. Organize and develop HW RF testing environment on board level;
3. Be responsible for DFT;
4. Technical supporting for manufacturer on MFT;
5. Be responsible for quality of Node B system RF performance;
6. Support to go through test-cases for QE.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above is required, Master is preferred. Major in telecommunication or related field;
2. Good know how on HW RF testing (RF instrument experience is must);
3. Background of RF circuit development;
4. Good skill of matlab, GPIB programming and C programming (Lab windows experience is preferred.);
5. Good knowledge of 3G wireless communication system (TD-SCDMA is preferred);
6. Good Knowledge of English on written and spoken.


RF Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Definition of the technical requirements for the Node B RF for the 3rd generation mobile radio standard TD-SCDMA;
2. Analysis of new RF concepts;
3. Analysis of market/customer requirements and turning them into technical requirements within the framework of the product definition processes;
4. Definition of cost reduction measures for the RF.
Requirements:
1. University degree in telecommunications or electrical engineering;
2. Excellent know-how of requirements engineering;
3. Good background know-how in GSM and UMTS Node B;
4. Good knowledge of CDMA technologies;
5. Very good skills in English orally and in writing;
6. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the RF development or RF systems engineering;

FPGA Engineer

Responsibilities:
Develop FPGA production which is used to TD-SCDMA NodeB including BBP, RRU’s FPGA etc.
1. Analyze the FPGA requirement, evaluate the resource and select the chip type in the design phase;
2. Finish design document, coding, simulation, P&R;
3. Finish onboard test and provide the support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above in Electronic & Electrical engineering or equivalent;
2. Good knowledge of wireless communication;
3. Rich experience of FPGA development;
4. Proficient at VHDL, ModelSim, matlab ;
5. Good knowledge of circuit fundament;
6. Sound practical problem solving skills.
